Reimagining loyalty in fintech.
To achieve this, we first obtained a clear picture of how the existing rewards system operated, how it was built, what competitors are doing, and what users value. We then used this information to reimagine the optimal value-driven reward system. This includes product integration, notifying users of new rewards, and determining the various reward offerings. The revamped rewards system is aimed to enhance user satisfaction and loyalty, driving increased user retention and engagement, ultimately contributing to AstroPay’s sustained growth and success.
